Cancellation Policy

There are no contracts for my services, no prepayments, and you are not locked into a defined number of sessions per term.

With that being said, I kindly request that you respect the following:

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide me with notice at least 24 hours ahead of time. If notice is not given within 6 hours of the scheduled session time, you will still be charged for the lesson.

I understand that in many situations this might be unavoidable – your child may leave school sick or there may be a sudden emergency preventing the session from happening. In this situation, please contact me directly as soon as possible. Whilst I still maintain the right to charge you for the session, in some cases the cancellation fee may reduced or waived.
